復課級別目前外出午飯時間至 14:20，與上課時間 14:45 的差異過大，而下午為 Free Period 的學生不能晚於 14:20 且早於 15:45 離開校園
The forms which have resumed whole-day face to face lessons are now allowed to go out for lunch until 14:20, which causes a gap between lunch time and lesson time 14:45. Students having free periods for the afternoon are not allowed to leave campus after 14:20 nor before 15:45.

Some students are concerned about causing inconvenience to the message delivery service in the staff room, and classmates are always standing outside, which causes blocking outside.

The school has preferred to adopt the new “phone calling system” after the relocation of school while the school is remaining open-minded to suggestions from students. The school will also meet for further discussion.

It is reflected that the toilet door lock cannot be locked as the side lock is not suited, affecting the use of students.
The problem has been referred to the office for repair, and GA has also inspected the toilet problems on other floors and referred them to the office for repair simultaneously.

幹事會在社交媒體發放的帖子就 Sweetie Express 匿名送卡的指示含糊不清，而必需由其屬下委員會成員審核的做法或侵犯同學私隱。再者，是次活動的價格超出同學的負擔能力，購買程序亦過於繁瑣。
The Executive Committee’s instructions for sending cards anonymously regarding Sweetie Express’s posts on Instagram this year are ambiguous. Moreover, “cards must be viewed by the sub-committee” may infringe on students’ privacy. The price of this event may exceed the affordability of the students while the procedure of ordering was cumbersome.
Relevant issues have been reflected to the Executive Committee and the Executive Committee has also made corresponding improvement measures and clarifications in response to a number of students’ concerns.

Some students reported that the menu contents of the tuck shop were not accurate.The menu is not the same as the actual snacks sold.

因應社交距離限制，學校使用會議軟件 Zoom 直播週會。有同學提出在副堂的觀看質素和教室內沒有差別，且對課室樓層較高的同學造成不便，沒有必要到副堂觀看直播。另外，副堂的無線網絡較差，經常突然斷掉連接，而重新連接需時，容易使同學錯過重要資訊。同學亦有提出副堂空間大，所以空調系統未能貼合各個同學的需要，容易令人感到不適。
With the social distancing policy, the school has been using Zoom, the online meeting software to do online broadcast and live assembly.
Students suggested that going to the covered playground for online broadcasts is too tiring and unnecessary as it doesn’t make a difference to watch in their classrooms.
Also, the Wi-Fi network in the covered playground is so poor that students often get disconnected and it takes a long time to fix, students may easily miss important information.
Lastly, it is said that the air conditioners in the covered playground are always strongly powered, which makes people uncomfortable even with a jacket on. However, it is difficult to take care of everyone’s needs as the playground is too large to achieve optimum temperature.
Could the school allow all the students to stay in the classrooms for the broadcast?

The advantage of Zoom as streaming app is the very low latency while teachers do not need to login, and thus decrease the processing time

President of MMI Committee, Student Union suggests that video-taking should be also listed as a responsibility of the committee in the Constitution. Moreover, the amendment may also be involved in the issue of GA21-05.

Would the frequent amendments cause inconvenience to schoolmates?
The role of MMI and Campus TV would not overlap with each other, as MMI makes videos to promote activities held by Student Union, the videos made by MMI are used to promote Student Union activities, every cabinet has its right choosing the way to promote. The contents of videos made by Campus TV would be related to other activities. Concerning the duties of MMI and Campus TV do not overlap each other, this is optional to make this amendment.

The winter uniform skirt has only one pocket. Besides, the two pockets of summer sweatpants both on the back, are too shallow for temporary storage. For example, students cannot put their wallets in their pockets after buying snacks. They can only hold it with your hands.
Will school consider revamping the school uniform by changing the pockets of the winter school skirt to two and the summer sweatpants to the front?
The school mentioned that there was an increase in the number of pockets on the skirt of the school uniform compared to the previous design, and suggested that they could discuss the issue of changing the size of the pockets or the opening with the uniform supplier and continue to discuss the issue at the meeting afterwards. However, changing school uniforms is restricted by the contract between the school and the uniform supplier. The issue can only be handled when they renew the contract.

At present, the school only places a few simple cardboards at the entrance to alleviate the problem of slippery floors caused by rain, but in fact, students’ umbrellas are not taped and will always get wet on the stairs, corridors and classrooms, causing a safety hazard.

Will the advice above increase the use of plastic, which is not eco-friendly?
According to the discussion results of the student council, together with relevant information and pictures, the WYCSU General Assembly has proposed to the school office to install an umbrella dryer for students to use on rainy days.

Would teachers upload most of the worksheets and textbooks that do not involve copyright issues to the Google Classroom like the previous online teaching?
有關會否分享課堂工作紙、筆記的電子版本到 Google Classroom，應考慮老師的個人意願。因此，當同學需要電子版課堂工作紙、筆記時，同學可主動向科目老師提出相關的需求。
Teachers’ will of sharing the softcopy of their notes should be considered. Students could approach subject teachers themselves when necessary.

現時規定同學必須於 7:30 後才可以上課室，但過多同學同時上樓導致樓梯過分擁擠，有同學反映曾經在上樓時被其他同學踩到，差點釀成意外
Students are not allowed to go upstairs before 7:30 am. However, some students reported that there were too many students waiting at once, students were being tread and had almost caused incidents.

考慮到部份同學會為了避開交通擠塞而較早到學校，校方一直允許同學於 7:30 前進入校舍。不過鑒於校務處和工友們開始工作的時間為 7:15，若允許同學於 7:30 前上課室，同學的安全則未能被照顧，所以校方將不會允許同學在 7:30 前上課室。
The school allows students to enter the campus before 7:30 as some students may arrive early to avoid traffic. Still, to ensure their safety, students could not be allowed to go upstairs before 7:30 since the office and janitorial start working at 7:15. Students may not be taken care of if they go upstairs before 7:30.

The area on 1/F and 2/F have been renovated, the self-study room has also been renovated as the gym room. The storeroom on G/F will be replaced by a “coffee corner”, therefore the boards of Four Houses are removed to other places.
The General Assembly had given out questionnaires to collect student’s opinions. The item had been discussed and is being followed by the construction team formed of Student Union, 3.7 Espresso and student representatives.

It is reflected that the Chinese designated books are being damaged, and some of them are also being destroyed or marked. Therefore students are concerned whether the school can replenish the books.
The concern has been reflected to the Chinese subject head, who stated that the Chinese designated books are mostly out of print, leading to purchase difficulties.
The Chinese department is also searching for new designated books based on students’ interest, with both ebooks and paperbacks being considered.
