Objectives:

1. To facilitate better communication between students and teachers for mutual understanding over school policies, major concerns, rules or regulations
2. To better formulate school policies, major concerns, rules or regulations with more comprehensive consideration of students’ concerns
3. To develop students’ critical thinking and leadership qualities through their active participation in school policies or major concerns
4. To enhance students’ sense of belonging through their active concern for schoolmates’ well-being and school development
